Phuket Trip 11/6/10 - 16/6/10

This was an unforgivable trip, the Phuket Trip.
First day we (me and my good friend) went to Phi Phi Island. This is a very beautiful island with very clear sea water and fantastic beautiful beach.

These 2 photos taken when on the way went to Phi Phi Island. This was a long journey, took time about 2 hours to reach the snorkeling area by big boat. After 1 hour snorkeling we took lunch at Phi Phi Island.

Second day we went to James Bond Island - Phang Nga Bay. James Bond Island, known originally and locally as Ko Tapu or Nail Island, found fame through the 1974 Bond film "The Man with the Golden Gun". The film starred Roger Moore and Christopher Lee (as the three nippled arch-villain Scaramanga) but it was the scenic topography that helped make the film into a firm Bond favourite. It also turned the previously unknown Phang Nga Bay into a major tourist attraction.




Third day we went to Khai and Khai Nui Island by speed boat. 'Khai' in Thai language is egg and 'Nui' is small so we went to 'egg' and 'small egg' island. In my point of view, the water and the beach of these 2 island is even clearer and more beautiful than Phi Phi Island. There was a lot of fishes beside the beach for tourists to feed them with bread. But 1 thing made me sad was the beach chairs were provided with rental. 2 chairs rented for 150 baht (RM15) and the toilet fee is 20 baht (RM2). Everything in the phuket and in the other island become commerciallised with very expensive rate.
















Beside went to beach, we also have sight seeing tour at Phuket Island. We went to Thai temple, Jungceylon (biggest shopping mall in the Phuket), and walked along the 2 main streets of the Phuket. There are many pubs with many 'lady boys' and foreigners drinking the beer and watching world cup. The seafoods in the Phuket Island are vrery expensive.




The Thai style fried rice and fried 'Kwoe Tiau' is are very delicious but very expensive. The pineapple fried rice is 190 baht (RM19) and the shrimp fries 'kweo tiau' is 160 baht (RM16). The dinner was treated by my Thai friend, Sue, so very thanks her for the wonderful meal.


Sue also brought us to the seafoods restaurant in the down town where the price is more reasonable. She and her boy friend treat us again the dinner with big fresh oyster. It was my first time to eat fresh oyster, very delicious.


Last day of the trip we follow Sue went to down town by motorbike fetched by my friend because I don't have liscence. At down town we saw the Thai style fried Hokkien mee. It is different from the Malaysia fried Hokkien mee, but very delicious. We went to TESCO LOTUS for shopping and at the same time we enjoyed the non HALAL burger that is impossible found in Malaysia. It taste great and delicious and have some 'piggy' smell and taste. Hahaha....




We went back to Malaysia on 16/6/10 morning happily but with darker skin.

Convocation 2008

CONGRATULATION!!!!
Finally I have graduated from USM with the degree of Food Technology.
17/08/08 was my convocation day. That day was a BIG day for me because it was my 1st convocation in the life! I was very happy not only because it was my convocation but I could see all my friends during convocation. We took pictures and laugh together. Can you imagine how perfect and wonderful on the day?
A only thing that made me sad was I could not take pictures with all my friends because during the day there was too crowded and noise like market, very difficult to find a friend to take photo. Only some friends that we have make appoinment at a place can catch up the photo, otherwise was too difficult to take pictures.

I took these 2 pictures in the hall where actually the handphone is cannot bring in but I did it. 1st is the view of the hall, actually I quite like the design. The 2nd picture is my best friend named Sook Fang. Because she sat in front of me so I asked her to turn back so that I can take her picture.

They are my parent. They were very happy on that day because can see their cute cute daughter's convocation. Actually my anut and friends also went to my convo but too bad the pictures all spoiled so I can't put them in my blog.

Many people said I look like my mum. How do you think?

They are my coursemates. Im very sorry here because I can't introduce all my friends in my blog due to my photos were spoiled. I can't share with you all.

He is my final year project's partner. We did the fish oil extraction project together. He is a good partner because we can always discuss the time to do lab and do revision.

This pictures is very funny, everyone was looking at different sides because there was many cameras there to catch photo so don't know which camera took 1st and we just simply look at any one camera. It was a funny shoot!

She is Karen, she is a very kind and 'lembut' girl.

She is Bibi, she is from foreign country but too bad i can't remember where she came from. Very sorry!

She is Ah Pheo, she is a tall girl and also a very nice girl. I have shared my unhappy things with her and she is really a good listener. She have consoled and advised me many things about my difficulties, very thanks to her.

She is chiew ping. She is a good debater and can be a good promoter because she is good in persuating people.

They are my friends who I got to know them in a church. (p/s: Im not a christian but I went to join their activities before)

They are my cute ping pong team players. We have experienced many competitions wheather is in Malaysia or out of Malaysia. We went to Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia before for competition and always got CHAMPION for USM. They are the best teamates that I never seen.Thanks for them for giving me such a good memories when I was in the USM.

He is Beng Hooi. He is my best friend. I rememered that 1st year I, he and another 2 friends always play and laugh together. He always help me when I faced problems. Very thanks to him.
